  1. What are your operating hours?
    • Regular clinic hours from 9:00AM to 5:00PM daily. We’re open 24/7 for emergency cases. Emergency fee applies for cases accepted outside regular clinic hours.
  2. How do I schedule an appointment?
    • We do not take appointment requests. We serve our clients on a first-come, first-served basis.
  3. Do you accept walk-ins?
    • Yes. We serve our clients on a first-come, first-served basis.
  4. How can I schedule a home visit?
    • Home visits are by appointment only and depend on our team’s availability. Service and travel fees applies. Contact us for an appointment.
    • If your pet is sick, we recommend visiting the nearest veterinary clinic from you as soon as possible. We cannot accommodate on-call or urgent house calls. It’s always best for your pet to get proper medical care as soon as any signs of illness appear.
  5. Do you offer online consultation?
    • No, due to the limitations of online consultation, we recommend that all patients be seen in person for proper evaluation and care.
  6. What should I bring to my pet’s first visit at Whitestone Animal Clinic?
    • Please bring your pet’s vaccination records, previous medical history, and any questions you may have.
  7. What pets do you treat?
    • Dogs, cats, exotic reptiles, small mammals, and livestock animals. Kindly check the availability of our veterinarians first by sending us a message and the species of your pet.
  8. Do you perform surgeries?
    • Yes, we perform elective and emergency soft tissues surgeries. Contact us today for a quotation.
  9. Do you accept boarding service?
    • No, we only offer our in-house (confinement) services for animals needing medical care and attention.
  10. Do you have grooming services?
    • No, we currently focus on veterinary care and do not offer grooming services at this time.
  11. What payment methods are accepted?
    • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and e-payment (GCASH, bank transfers)
  12. Do you accept pet insurance?
    • Usually, veterinary clinics do not process the payment itself from the insurance company. Clients will still have to pay the dues incurred during the visit and it is the client’s responsibility to coordinate with the insurance company based on their policy.
    • For your patients with insurance policies, we do assist them by issuing a thorough and accurate medical abstract as supporting documents or other necessary documents your insurance company may request.
